Track Lock System

The Track Lock System has been load tested by Loughborough University with brilliant results. In all of the tests the Track Lock System acts as an extra safety feature to cater for dynamic loads such as pot holes, clipping curbs etc. The cross beams hold the excavator in place.
The excavator is loaded with blade facing forwards. The Track Lock System bars are then placed across the tracks and clipped into place using a lynch pin.
 |
Guide Bars are fixed to the trailer bed to allow for correct positioning of the excavator on the trailer. |
 |
The Tracks cannot move and the excavator is totally locked down. This system can be altered to fit any make of mini excavator. |
 |
The breaker carrier removes manual handling issues.
Allows for safe transportation.
Acts as an anti theft device as the breaker can be locked down |
 |
The ditching bucket is put into the front cradle which stops any movement from the boom. |
The excavator is completely locked down, positioned correctly and is balanced on the trailer to allow for safe transportation.
The bars are easily put in place and easily removed making this an efficient, operator friendly and time saving system.

TRACK LOCK NEWS
We have already supplied numerous utility companies with the Patented Track Lock System which has already proved itself
out in the field.
One of our customers was involved in an incident where a hitch failed and released the trailer
from the vehicle towing it, the trailer hit and bounced up the kerb and through a fence.
The 1.5 tonne excavator on
the trailer did not come off, tip or move at all, the Track Lock System kept it securely locked down and attached to the trailer.
If the trailer had been using straps to secure the excavator there is no question it would have fallen off and the incident could
of potentially been much more serious.
